1. Eligibility for Job Seekers:
The Job Bank is open to all members of the Transforming Church who have completed the Transforming Leadership Development Program (TLDP) and can present their certificates as evidence. Additionally, members must be actively serving in at least one service unit within the church. Members who meet these criteria will be given topmost priority in job placements.
2. Eligibility for Employers:
Employers seeking to post job openings may include both members and non-members of the Transforming Church. All employers must provide accurate information about their company and the available positions.
3. Application Process:
Interested job seekers must submit their applications through the designated platform, ensuring all required documents, including TLDP certificates and proof of service unit involvement, are attached. Employers must submit job listings following the specified guidelines.
4. Job Listings:
The Job Bank will provide a variety of job listings that align with the skills and qualifications of the church members. All listings are subject to availability and may change periodically.
5. Confidentiality:
All personal information submitted through the Job Bank will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of job placement. Employers are required to respect the confidentiality of applicants’ information.
6. Non-Discrimination:
The Transforming Church Job Bank is committed to providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on race, gender, age, or any other status.
7. Fraud and Misuse:
Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of the Job Bank platform is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, posting false job listings, misrepresenting qualifications, or engaging in deceptive practices. Violators will be banned from using the Job Bank and may face further sanction.
8. Liability Disclaimer:
The Transforming Church Job Bank is not liable for any contact made while using the app. Users must vet and confirm the authenticity of employees or employers properly before engaging with them.
9. Amendments:
The church reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members and employers will be notified of any changes.
10. Acceptance:
By applying to the Job Bank or posting job listings, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
